I love that this has a simple twist off lid. I am so tired of "child proof" bottles that I have to ask my kid to open for me.I use probiotics and this seems to be a good basic (and affordable) option for me. It is made by a company I trust. The capsules are sized typically and I have no issues with swallowing them. Serving size is 1 a day. Directions are to take with a meal and in general I try to do this, but in the cases where I need to take it on an empty stomach I haven't had any stomach upset or other issues.

I just started taking this probiotic but so far seems to work.

Glad I found this probotic 10, I was buying the more expensive ones. I am on my 5th bottle. I take at least one per day unless my stomach feels a little upset I will increase to 2 or 3. This really helps to keep your digestive system on track. Great value, hope to continue buying.

Great value. Very easy to swallow. There is no taste which I find appealing. I will definitely be buying again.
