It’s easy to swallow , no flavor at all and I believe it’s a good value for your money . I take 3 caps a day and for me it works .

Normally a great product.
I bought this over a month ago and just now opened it. The plastic seal was still on so had to break it off. When I took the lid off the foil internal seal was already torn down the center. I’m concerned about using it. I’ve used this brand many times and it’s a first. But this now concerns me. Use with caution. Can it be opened and resealed?

Gave me hives
Not the products fault but can’t take them. Have never had a supplement do this to me. Took Almost a month for the spots go away.
