Very helpful
I bought this product after being unable to get Dr Christopher's Quick Colon and I found many of these type of products contain psyllium, which I'm allergic to, so I bought this one just for that reason. Since taking them however I've noticed less painful digestion and less trapped wind, I can eat more things that previously upset my tummy, another surprise. Maybe the aloe Vera coats the digestive tract? I've no idea but I'm so grateful for not having to sit with my heat pad after dinner almost every night! I didn't find them as effective as Dr Christopher's but it's not a problem as I also take magnesium. I'm very pleased to have found these.

Easy to use
These supplements didnt work for me, they made me constipated and gave me heartburn to extent it made me vomit
