I am so pleased with the service of this company & the high quality of their chains that after receiving the first one, I purchased 2 more.I had some questions & the owner responded immediately & was very helpful & kind.These chains are SOLID & have really nice weight to them as well as very beautiful!I wear two custom made sterling pendants that are very special to me & it is extremely important to me that they're SAFE around my neck as I never take off my jewelry, except to clean them.I feel VERY confident that they are safe on these beautiful, perfectly made chains.Everything about all three of these chains is perfection. They look & feel like they were made by high end jewelers for a fraction of the price. He even sends a nice velvet pouch with your chain.I make & work with sterling jewelry, so I have seen a lot of different quality work & I am very picky when it comes to what I work with & also what I wear.& this company is one that I would definitely consider buying from to put my pendants & charms on that I personally make for my customers. Even the end tabs where the clasp connects to are very nice quality & the soldering is perfect & strong.They didnt skip over any detail or take cheaper shortcuts. The lobster clasp is also very nice. It opens & closes smoothly & I can just tell it's a quality clasp. Some have a different feel to them when u pull back on the lever.I am very impressed.Side note:The other two chains I purchased are the ones with ITPROLUX, instead of rhodium & those are personally my favorite as the pendants i wear are super bright sterling and the rhodium makes the chain just a tiny bit darker. Though it is just as beautiful & very classy looking.It is a personal preference based on the types of pendants i wear.But both types are exceptional!!!I purchased the round box with rhodium.As well as the rope & the miami curb, both with ITPROLUX.All three are stunning & solid. Theyre also the same in terms of quality & beauty.You cant go wrong no matter what style u choose.Thank u Leon for these stunning chains. Received what I thought was a beautiful round box link chain on Monday, and here it is Wednesday, and it's broken. There was a part of the chain that was kinked, and I was going to return it for that reason, but it was a small kink, and thought it would be okay. I don't wear my jewelry hard and I'm no way abusive towards my jewelry, so when I put it on today, I was so sad and disappointed that it snapped right where that kink was. Guess I should have known. I'm glad I was at home, and didn't lose my charm. Just wondering, doesn't anyone do quality control any more?

The lobster claw spring on the necklace I received failed in less than three weeks with light, minimal use! The spring ejected through the back of the lobster claw and rendered the clasp useless. I am glad it happened when I put the necklace on and noticed the failure, and I am lucky I didn't lose my pendant. The chain now requires professional repair and a new clasp. Overall product is no more durable than less costly offerings of similar design and materials. Good looking design but components and construction are typical of mass-produced jewelry one can find at any department store. I may have received a dud (and hope that's the case), but I am unable to recommend this item based on my experience. If you have a pendant you value I would recommend considering an upscale brand or hand-made chain. Such "name brands" are typically far overpriced in terms of precious metal content, but they use superior materials and construction methods (all joints soldered, heavier clasp and jump rings, etc).

I love this chain. I bought the 1.5mm and 18 inches in length. The clasp is the lobster claw. I have worn it in the pool, shower and at the lake and no problems. I like how sturdy it is.
