Rose Levy Beranbaum's Marvelous Mini Cake Pan, Silicone, Makes 12 Mini Cakes

This is a great little bowl. I have not used it to make food, but my primary use of this bowl has been to make beauty products at home and it has worked very well. It never burns my products, but allows them to heat up slowly and evenly so that things come out properly. It is a large bowl, so it takes a larger size sauce pan. I like the larger size though as it gives me plenty of room for my ingredients and for stirring them etc...I even ordered another one to use for cooking. Its very easy to clean and the fact it collapses makes for easy storage.

This ended up perfect for using in a water bath situation when melting beeswax (and chocolate).

I bought this never having used anything like it. I used to melt chocolate in the microwave and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I was amazed by the effectiveness and how well it kept the chocolate melted even after I had turned my stove off. I’m super easy to clean. And the collapsible storage is amazing.

This is great for a collapsible bowl. It is excellent quality pure silicone, and when you bend it, it stays a solid color (no white line along the fold). This means there aren't extra things added in. So I have no problem storing things in it or even using it to melt in the microwave, etc.I bought it for travel, but also to use in my kitchen. When I travel, I take oatmeal and dried fruit and cook it in the microwave. This bowl is large enough to do that, but collapses. I generally like LeQue, and this seems to be on par with that quality. I got it instead of the LeQue chocolate bowl because it seemed a bit deeper which is good for cooking oatmeal. I also like the color.It could also be used for a pet dish when traveling.

I needed a double broiler, but lack the space to store things as I have a very small kitchen. I love this. Not only can it be used as a double broiler, it can be used as a bowl to mix things in. It can then be stored by making it go flat and doesn’t take up much room. I took it on a vacation with me as I was staying in a Vacasa home. Glad I did … I had to use it to mix up brownies and i used it as a salad bowl. I do wish it came in a better color, but that doesn’t take anything away!

The shipping was great. It came in perfect condition. I used it for the first time last night and it burnt through. (As is shown in picture) I needed this as a double boiler, which apparently, it isn’t good for (although it states it is, in the description.)

I used this to make a custard and it worked very well. The material remains comfortable to touch on the edges. It rinses clean under the tap. And flattens to a small disk for storage. A great product.

I bought this as the top portion of a double boiler. I haven’t used it yet but it is what I wanted. Seems it won’t slip around on top of the pot. It is non-stick and doesn’t take up much space. Which is good for an item that is not used a lot.
