I can breath agin
Not a thing. I can’t imagine the debris or crap I get after using it. It was very thought of solution running down my windpipe which never happened. I think was the solution for us with pollen and dust problems. Great product

Works well but set is a rip off
Get the device but the stand and extra salt packets that allow this to operate is a rip off as is the stand that is cumbersome and fits awkwardly at best.. also buy the cheater plugs that allows you to use regular salt or cheaper salt packets. One cheater plug lasts many uses so one pack of them is all you need.

Sometimes does not work no matter how I adjust it

Not right for me.
It may be nothing to do with the product, but when my sinuses get so plugged up that even the Navage won’t work, I’m at a loss.

Nice that it has suction but very difficult to clean after each use
I love that this item has suction unlike the other saline rinses, I have used because I think it has less likelihood of liquid ending up in my ear and hurting after use. But it’s really a pain to wash everything after use.
