Star rating change
Update - customer service contacted me after writing this review and replaced my light. New light showed up within a few days. Due to them contacting me & replacing my defective light I've changed my 1-star rating to a 5-star.Tap sensor on light quit working on lamp. It'll send the color to the others but mine won't change. Have done factory reset multiple times. Very irritating.

Cyst Service
Customer service is fantastic! I had to write a review about this because they had resolved two small issues I was having timely and courteously! They are very responsive and this has actually been a great gift for my sisters and parents. We are tapping non stop! So simple and yet so heartwarming at the same time!

Lamp stay one color
I bought 3 lamps, one of them you have to keep unplugging and plug it back In and it will work for a day. Another one you it quit working and it will only stay on one color won't do anything else. Not too happy for the price we paid.

Not what I thought it would be
I ordered this for a Valentine's Day gift. It was so challenging to connect and network. We never could get it to work right. I returned it shortly after Valentine's Day.

Malfunctions
Multiple units malfunction frequently. Given as gifts, and will be expected to pay for postage to receive a new unit. Fun when it works properly but for the price it's not worth it

Quality is poor!
Don’t waste your money. I bought 3 so I spent almost $300 on a device that should just light up and it can’t even do that properly! Absolutely horrific!
