Very happy with the performance. Not sure why though the number lock keeps activating during startup. Also a little disappointed that the 2nd HDD slot is only Gen 3 vs Gen 4. Still like it though.

I really like the build quality. This laptop is very light and thin as a gaming laptop. It uses a pretty common chassis but feels very sturdy and feels premium. The mechanical keyboard is a plus. The fully powered 3070 GPU doesn't get too hot when 3A gaming in performance mode. There are plenty ports to use including a Thunderbolt 4. The touchpad can be bigger or more responsive, but it is not bad overall.

I recently purchased the XPG Xenia 15 KC Gaming Notebook from Amazon, and unfortunately, I am compelled to express my utmost disappointment with the service provided by ADATA for this product. As an avid gamer, I had high hopes for this gaming notebook, but the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, the lack of customer support from ADATA has been absolutely appalling. When I encountered issues with the notebook, I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but my queries were met with silence. It is incredibly frustrating to invest in a product only to be left hanging without any assistance or guidance.Moreover, the build quality of the XPG Xenia 15 KC Gaming Notebook is far below par. Despite being marketed as a gaming device, it failed to live up to its promises. The keyboard is unresponsive and prone to sticking keys, hindering my gaming experience and causing unnecessary frustration. The overall construction feels flimsy and delicate, which is a significant concern considering the rigors of gaming.Furthermore, the performance of this gaming notebook is far from satisfactory. The processor struggles to handle even moderate gaming demands, resulting in frequent lag and frame rate drops. It fails to deliver the smooth and immersive gaming experience that was advertised. Additionally, the battery life is abysmal, barely lasting a couple of hours during gaming sessions, which severely limits its portability.I had expected a premium gaming experience from the XPG Xenia 15 KC Gaming Notebook, but instead, I received a subpar product with abysmal customer support. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a device that fails to meet even the most basic expectations.Considering the numerous issues I encountered and the lack of support from ADATA, I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere for their gaming needs. The XPG Xenia 15 KC Gaming Notebook, in its current state, is not worth the price tag nor the subsequent headaches it brings.I sincerely hope that ADATA takes immediate action to rectify these issues and improve their customer support. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend the XPG Xenia 15 KC Gaming Notebook to anyone.

Great graphics and speed. Battery only seems to last 2 hours max when gaming or video editing, but that is my only complaint.

I've had this laptop for about two weeks. The unit came ready to go out of the box with minimal bloatware and setup required. The hardware specs are reasonably impressive for the price point. This laptop was what I was expecting for a whitebox build; meaning it wasn't built from the ground up by a system integrator and was instead designed to use parts from different manufacturers. Overall the performance of the unit has been excellent. The processor, memory and PCIe SSD work very well together to load windows, office apps and large game files quickly. The NVidia 3070 video processor has handled everything that I have thrown at it without a hiccup. The only real downside that I have experienced so far is that the laptop does get quite loud when all of the system fans spin up to keep the internal components cool. If you don't mind some fan noise and plan to primarily use this laptop plugged in, on a hard surface with an external monitor, mouse and keyboard attached; I think you will be pleasantly surprised with how well it performs in such a compact form factor.

I'm just finally at my wits end with this machine. It's given me issues since day one and now I'm having the blue screen of death on an hourly basis. I would not recommend, it seems it they are made with shoddy parts and materials sadly...**Update** nobody has reached out still, nobody is helping me with this issue even in technical support. Avoid this company, they are scam artists.

As an upgrade to the original Xenia 15, the Xenia 15 KC comes with a faster processor, memory and GPU among other things. I am a fan of XPG and their associated gear, however I must point out that when I first got the laptop, the initial installation of Windows 10 was quite slow and the computer crashed during Windows update. I decided to download a clean copy of Win10 via USB and reinstall. Likewise, I also grabbed the drivers, software and BIOS update from Intel's website along with the latest Nvidia drivers. The system now runs quite smoothly, and I discovered in Intel's NUC software, the Nvidia Whisper Mode 2 which allows for quieter gaming sessions whilst maintaining at least 60fps. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase and I heartily recommend the Xenia 15 KC to anyone who is considering it.

Muy buena relación precio-rendimiento, en lo personal me gustan mas con teclado completo, pero aun asi esta laptop lo compensa con los specs adicionales que tiene sobre otras marcas a un precio incluso mayor que este. En cuanto al calentamiento, eso dependeria de que juego o tarea se este haciendo, por lo general cuando juego esta en promedio de 75°, pero si pongo algun juego demandante, este sube a 80° u 85° uno que otro caso 89° los abanicos nunca deja que se quede en 90 exactos, a primeras se puede escuchar preocupante, pero no pasa nada mientras que tus sesiones de juego bajo esas temperaturas no sea exagerada, hablando como mas de 6, 7hrs en una sentada por dar un ejemplo. De ahi en fuera lo demas es excelente.

This shipped a few days earlier than expected. I unboxed this and really got a premium product experience. The built quality is nice and packaging is great too. I was shopping for a new gaming laptop on a budget and what this laptop offers for its price - its beats all the other ones out there. This is not for you if you are looking for a brand name. However, if you see whats in the laptop compared to other ones out there, you get a lot more compared to others for the price. I love the product.

I've had this laptop for a little over two years now. I've only used it sparingly, and all of a sudden it has died. Won't start up. The system just starts, blinks, then shuts down. I've had lots of laptops and never had one died like this or so quickly. The price was good for what I got, but the lifespan is terrible. For laptop that has maybe 200 hours of use on it, it shouldn't die. I do not recommend this laptop.

Muy buenos specs para el precio, el rgb podría ser mejor pero se entiende, en modo performance puede ser un poco ruidosa, la temperatura me parece correcta para lo compacto del equipo, la calidad de materiales es muy buena así como la calidad de la pantalla.Dude un poco al ver algunos reviews pero hasta el momento no tengo queja alguna del equipo

Me parece un excelente producto relación calidad precio no me arrepiento de haberlo elegido y adquirido. Solo algunas cuestiones tecnicas al cabo de 1 año de uso. Al inicio conforme instale actulizaciones parecia que la pantalla brincaba y que se habia descompuesto (me ha pasado 3 veces en 1 año). Desconozco porque falla pero no hay de que preocuparse no es un problema de hardware (de la pantalla fiscamente) solo es actulizar drivers de la pantalla y listo todo solucionado, tambien es algo "comun" que se caliente mucho y a veces si apaga (asumo que es por el calenteamiento) pero no tan amenudo y de igual forma la laptop se reinicia rapidamente asi que aunque a veces es incoveniente no es algo que no se resuelva casi inmediatemente. Fuera de estos particualares detalles que bien podrían ser unicamente míos ya que no quiere decir que tiene que sucederte a ti. Fuera de esto es un execelente producto que se desempeña muy bien. Otra nota si te interesa saber es que el tecaldo fisico es US pero nada que una configuración de idioma no arregle para usar el teclado con normalidad. Yo si lo recomiendo ampliamente me gustó mucho y sigo feliz con mi compra jugando juegos de PC en practicamente en la maxima calidad en el 90% de los casos.
