I have a severe dry eye condition and have to use specialised drops 6 times a day and a gel through the night. I am convinced this has made a massive difference to the dryness I feel. I waited a bit before writing this review to see how the product would affect me. I have taken alpha lipoic acid for quite some time but the brand that I preferred is no longer being produced in the dosage that I prefer which is 600 mg. This is pure R type and is stabilized. I have to say for myself that it is proving to be very effective in controlling my peripheral diabetic neuropathy. Alpha lipoic acid has many other benefits for heart health mental acuity and general well-being and anti-aging. I would highly recommend this brand it is not cheap but it is good. The quality is high it is made in a high quality manufacturing facility and is evaluated for Purity and quality by a third party testing site.
