I like this oil. It is great to put on the bottoms of the toes and dab on each wrist to help induce a relaxed state that facilitates sleep. I have several of the Eden's Garden oils; they are just as effective as the high-dollar name brands.

I have severe cramps that makes it hard to do anything my 1st and 2nd day. Well not this time. I rub the oil full strength on the lower part of my stomach and my cramps went away. I normally have to take pills every 4-6 hrs the 1st 2 days but I only took 2 pills day 1 and that was it. This oil helped w/ the headaches I usually have from the sudden hormone change. I also rub it on when I’m ovulating and it took that pain away too. I’m very pleased

Probably one of the best purchases I've ever made! The scent is good and it does help with cramps, although it just depends on the severity of your cramps how much relief you'll get. The cramps strong enough to kill a donkey months maybe it will just take the edge off vs being a cure. I would recommend buying the big bottle if you can, it's way easier to get the drops out and lasts a long time. I've had my big bottle now for almost 3 years and still have plenty.
