Brilliant buy
Perfect solution for opening cans. Used by an adult with dyspraxia who just does not have the strength to pull back the ring pull on cans of food rather than drink. Lightweight but sturdy and very easy to use.

It works like a charm and allows me to open ring pull ...
I am 47 years old and am currently experiencing some sort of medical issue that is causing severe pain in my joints and bones and extreme weakness. Have been to several doctors and they can't figure it out. In the meantime, my life goes on... which includes feeding myself and especially my dog. I found it difficult to open ring pull cans... nearly impossible. I can avoid canned vegetables that have ring pulls, but I give my dog premium dog food that only has ring pulls and my electric can opener doesn't work on them. I saw this on Amazon and wondered if it would really work. It DOES! It works like a charm and allows me to open ring pull cans with ease and without pain. I suggested this product to my mother, who is 78 years old and suffers from severe arthritis. She bought it and loved it. For the price, you certainly can't beat it!!

Best tool for opening cans with pull-tabs!!! Love it!!
It is now a breeze to open cans that have pull-tabs that require a lot of strength to pull. It works with any shape of can that has a pull-tab; I have used it to open both round and long rectangular cans. BTW, I also bought another model from a different vendor but this one, which I am reviewing that is black and white, provides a better grip and ease of use.

No struggle tab can openr
my neighbor broke both of her arms. She also has two cats that needed to be fed. Having mobility in her fingers on one arm she was able to struggle opening canned cat food the old fashioned way with a standard hand held can opener. When I saw this open in Amazon, I bought one to try it out. It worked out very well and I gave it to my neighbor. I was so impressed with its simplicity I bought one for myself. Three thumbs up on this gadget.

no more painful fingers
I hate pull tab cans for several reasons, but one reason is that pull tabs hurt (or cut) my fingers sometimes. This tool is a blessing in that regard as it makes it a breeze to open the cans. In my opinion it's a must have tool for the kitchen these days. Over time the rubber on the edge has gotten a little chewed but it doesn't have any negative effect for functioning. I've been purchasing these for older friends and they also love it.
