One major flaw
This is billed as being able to chain multiple units together to send signal to multiple TVs. While this worked, the signal would randomly cut out for anywhere from 1 second to up to 30 seconds for no apparent reason. I tried adjusting the dip switches to align with my cable length (50 ft) and even tried using only one instead of the 3 I had planned. It just kept cutting out randomly. 1 star for that reason alone as it makes it impossible to watch a tv that is connected using this item as you never know when it will drop signal or for how long. I tried 3 different pairs and they all had the same issue. I ensured to use brand new shielded cat6 cables as well and still the issue remains.

Simple setup and it works
This replaced a wireless HDMI extender that finally died after years of use. It was a good bid cheaper and easier to set up, after you allow for running 30ft of Cat/6 through the house. The result is a good and reliable picture on 2 TVs, thanks to the loop out feature, which is missing on many extenders at this price. POE means I only need a power supply on one end (I chose the transmitter), though you receive 2 if you want to use them. I don't need the included I/R blasters, so I can't comment on those, and the selectable EDID source is a nice touch. They're smaller than I expected, which is also good for keeping them hidden. Overall very happy with the product so far.

Literally does not work
I have trouble shot this thing for hours. I've run multiple Cat5 cables, I've changed HDMI cables on both ends. I've changed the devices on each end, in case I had the in and out wrong. Nothing, zip, nada. I happened to have another brand running in my house so I checked all my cables with that converter and everything works fine. This device is useless just like Ignacio in Nacho Libre.

Poor quality
The first one I received worked for about an hour and was pixelated from 20ft away, then stopped working. The replacement came with a broken prong. I am returning and ordering another kind.

The right tool, just watch for static.
It has superb picture quality. we use it in our church to send the signal from the back of the auditorium to the front. The difference from DV-I to this is day and night. It looks crystal.Very easy to use. The only issue I had was I had to replace one because it burned out on a thunderstorm. We're not sure how, but we lost 2 devices that night. make sure Your Cat5(Ethernet) cable is static proof
