Mine came without any dinks, scratches, missing paint, anything of the sort. Exactly as advertised in the pictures. It holds my iPhone XR with a case easily, lots of room for big phones. Just be careful when you put it in the stand and put it on slowly, because you may break the horns on the bottom if you aren't paying attention when you put it in.Sits on my desk, I use this every single time I sit down. Phone lights up and I can see when I have a message since it's facing me. Excellent product really.
