these pillows are amazing they are comfortable and not to firm and not to soft they are perfect

I saw several reviews for this pillow being firm. Now, when I come back to look, all the reviews but one are gone! These pillows are completely useless for anyone wanting any sort of support. I haven't even taken them out of the scrunched up packaging and they are far too soft! If I take them out of the packaging and they fluff up with air, it will just make them even more soft. I'm in the process of trying to return them but the seller kept sending me automatic replies for the 1st two or three email responses. The last response that I just got said they do not reimburse for returns or send out return labels. So, now I'm stuck with some expensive useless fluff. If you need ANY sort of support in your pillow, do NOT buy these. A marshmallow has way more firmness than these! What a waste of $40!!!

Wow I was looking for a pillow for so long like this . These are so compy my wife always takes it from me after I already gave her two. A+

bought thee pillows thought at first best ever pillows ever and within 2 to 3 months becames flat as pankcakes and witi having neck and herd cannot even use because of flat and ucomfortable they became such a let down so sorry to say really thought this time had winners....

One tore after washing

Nice pillows, perfect combination of squishy and firm, we sleep so sound, even the dog enjoys these pillows!

The pillows I received are not down pillows didn't receive my free pillow cases with it. Pillows are firm not soft

Soft and good for price

Do not buy. This product promises to be of excellent quality and it’s poor quality.I am having issues with receiving a refund so not a good company at all.
