Use this to remove the watch band cover to access the battery. It was a little difficult to use, but it worked.

The wrench was good. I was able to remove the back of a watch to replace the battery. Couldn't have done it without it. To my dismay, the watch would not run again even with a new battery, and yes, I checked its voltage to make sure it was good. The watch was garbage, but at least I know the wrench does what it is supposed to do.However, the 'vise' that is included is cheap plastic, and is already cracking after the first use. Also not large enough for many watches.

Where I live there are no jewelers, and help with watches at the drug store is hit or miss. As a result every time I want to change my watch battery there's a little drama because no one has the tool that would enable them to get the back off. So I decided to take the plunge with this set, thinking that if it worked it would be cheaper than having someone else change the battery-- especially when there's no one around to do itSo it worked! Opening the back with the screw remover tool was a little challenging, but I managed, and I know I can do it again. My only complaint has to do with the interchangeable little screws since their size is difficult to gauge. A mark on each would help or, alternately, some other system to help determine the size.Except for this minor issue, the set works well and is really quite inexpensive. I know it will will work for me in a year or so when I again need to change the watch battery. I'm amazed since I had thought that only a professional could do the job.Just be patient, and you will be successful with these tools!

Was alittle difficult to set up to remove and reinstall battery on the watch

Did the job helping me to replace two watch batteries so the set has already paid for itself. Not the kind of tool quality I am used to, but came to the conclusion that paying ten times more for an occasional battery change was not worth it. For the money spent I can't really complain too much.

It is a good product that gets the job done. Just don't expect what you get by the product images. The bits that fit into the wrench do not screw in as the image would suggest, they simply slide in and lightly snap into position. They do not fall out which is great because I was afraid that could happen. I'm also not sure why I need 9 circle bits, they are all the same size with no variations.There are also no instructions, but honestly, do you need them? It is pretty straight forward on how to use the tool. The watch clamp screws to the desired size and you can move the pins white pins to account for different size watches.The wrench can be adjusted by rotating the dial between the top two bits and turning the handle for the bottom bit.I was able to remove the back off of my 41.5 mm watch and it looks like the wrench will expand about 2mm beyond that.While the clamp will not scratch your watch, you must be careful with the wrench. The bits are metal and look to be rough cut with some burrs. Keep this in mind when using. Go slow and give enough pressure to keep the wrench from slipping and you should be fine.

There's a lot of backlash in the tool, but it gets the job done. Multiple tips are a nice feature.

My item arrive yesterday and upon opening I noticed all the nuts were loose and one had fallen out in the packet! However, after tightening it up and using it on my watch (needed battery changed) with the correct bits (nice selection to choose from) the tool worked well.Just shame QA/QC before shipping wasn’t carried out.

works well when adjusted properly--the pins don't seem to be tight on the frame and there is no way to snug them up--lots of options for style of pins required for different watchesworks well as long as you are careful not to scratch the back of the watch

Was relatively simple to set up and use, different attachments for different watches. Did not feel expensive, did not feel cheap, but will save me money.
