I totally missed lightweight part of this item when I ordered it. I wanted a vest my son could use since he thinks a hoodie replaces a winter coat. I wish it was a bit thicker but title does say lightweight vest I just missed that part. I got him a men’s medium he could have done small but medium he has room to grow in but doesn’t look too big on him.

It’s a lightweight affordable vest. It’s thin but for Southern California it’s the perfect weight. I purchased it for my 85 year old dad to BBQ at night in. To give him warmth and mobility. He wears it very often. Just takes the chill off. Good for the grocery store too 😂

I bought several different brands of this "puffer vest". I picked this one up for half price as it was on sale...it was better quality than the more expensive optinos. I would have given it 5 stars overall if one feature that could be added is a drawstring at the bottom...other than that a solid "budget buy". I use it for physical activity biking mainly and it does a good job keep the wind off me and keeping me warm...I have spoken

This is a light-weight vest, but it's warm and comfortable. The price is phenomenal. I would not wear it to crawl through brush with or anything like that because it seems like it would tear easily, but for general purposes it's a good deal. Good pockets too. The zipper is a bit flimsy, I have to say. The bottom has popped open a couple times, but it will still unzip and go back together.

My husband loves this vest. It seems well made (time will tell) because of how lightweight it is and the way it fits around the armhole. He is only about 5 ft 7in but is older and has somewhat of a belly. We had to send the large back and order the XL. The length fits well despite his short height.

Very lightweight and easy to bag up in its included pouch. I've worn it under a leather coat, denim/Sherpa jacket, and my puffer coat. It's a great mid-layer. It's all single stitch but seems well-constructed. No strings hanging off or anything. Real clean look and I was happy it looked like the pictures. Color is accurate. Fit is accurate. I like it for the money, and don't expect a whole lot of time with it but I hope it lasts...because it's actually pretty sweet.

I usually wear an extra large, this fits just right. It is very lightweight, but perfect for the quick grab lightweight garment for those days when you don't want something heavy. Can also be worn over a sweatshirt and still be comfortable. I would purchase again.

Very square cut, perhaps a little too generous in sizing - it can 'float n bloat' your silhouette a bit. Light, cozy and packable bag included a nice addition. The outer fabric is a little noisily crinkly and stiff though - compared to my other puffas and gilets it definitely feels awfully cheap (others bought are £25-40 so not million miles more expensive). But I like the colour and flecking in the gunmetal pattern of the grey one so will keep it.

I ordered an XL, which was supposed to be 44 - 46 inch chest. It actually measured just over 51 inches.I also didn't like the fact that the zip was the opposite way around to normal. Apparently the USA style.Anyway, I returned it immediately and bought a gilet from Matalan which was actually a few pounds cheaper, fitted correctly, and is also better made.

Nice enough quality but very large. I’ve decided to keep mine even though it was on Prime wardrobe and I could have exchanged it. Other reviews advised to order a size up which I did but it’s too baggy. It’s a generous fit to begin with so just order your regular size.

Hard to judge if 4 or 5 stars. Well made, good price probably durable. 5 stars for what it is. My problem is that I was looking for a down filled gilet rather than one with man made material.It would be good if in addition to this Amazon made and sold a down filled one. The price should not be greatly higher considering the vast quantities available in Eastern countries.

Don't get me wrong, I like my gilet a lot. It is lightweight and comes supplied with a handy small bag you can fold (scrunch) it up inside for carrying. It certainly is bright (orange) and adds a glow of colour to you. The orange colour is a little bit reminiscent of a hi-vis vest but not enough to put me off wearing it. Size fits as you'd expect and when it's on offer (I paid about £10), it's a fair price for the product you're getting.
