The led lights that come with this piece can be taped with white electric tape rather than hardware to hide the wires. You can find better quality led lights than those supplied as these get hot and the tape affixed to the led lights is not likely to work, in part due to the heat and the smooth cabinet finish. The bottom has a white plastic leg in the center that seems like a weak engineering option, so you should take care especially if moving this furniture. The limited glossy pieces that form the perimeter around the doors do not feel sturdy when assembled. Be careful not to pick up the cabinet by holding these glossy parts. Be careful not to remove the transparent plastic protecting the glossy pieces until after assembled to avoid scratches. The finish can be marked or damaged easily. The doors require adjustments and patience to install so the seams look even and the doors open and close smoothly. Take your time. There are two screws in two pieces of the hinge assembly that can be lessened and tightened to allow for cabinet door adjustments. Examine how the door will go on with the hinges and screws as they come before adjusting. Once assembled the piece looks nice. I saw people note that the remote was difficult to use and the infrared receiver was obstructed at the back, but you can expose the receiver anywhere you want so ours is slightly exposed to allow the light to be turned off and on easily. Despite the heat from the led lights the effect is nice. iKea has some lights of better quality that don’t get so hot.

I made a poor decision by purchasing TWO of these cabinets! When my husband went to put them together, they were defective and the doors were messed up & wouldn’t properly close!I contacted the seller and I STILL haven’t gotten a return label to return the items or a REFUND! They are NOW saying it’s PAST THE RETURN TIME FRAME, which it wasn’t the several other times I emailed them. SO NOW, I AM OUT OVER $500!I hope you aren’t sold defective merchandise and them just take your money like they did me!! 😰

If your not crafty don't get it! The holes and screws didnt line up. I had to make my own holes and add more screws to hold it together. The lights stop working 2 days later. It took me 5 hours to put together. Save your money.
