One of the best book for teenager
If you are a teenager then this book is especially for you.Understanding the mind is very important as many belief systems were not developed by us rather they were given to us by society or someone else so it's time to change.Firstly, the authors break down the root causes of many mental roadblocks that can often seem invincible while providing solutions to long-term stability and happiness. This book will explain not only how the adolescent brain works, but what can be done about the bondage of emotions, self-limiting thoughts, and delusions. The author proficiently illustrates the simple steps any teen can take to transform from self-deprecating to confident, in a way that anyone can understand and apply immediately. After each chapter the author has given a space in which you can put your thoughts after reading which is the best part of the book as it is the most effective way to change life by self reflection.🍁𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 🍁This book is dedicated to all the teens out there who are struggling with insecurities, self-doubts, or self- sabotaging thoughts and actions. My goal is to help you understand the power of your mind and show you how you can master it to overcome your struggles and step into the magnificence of your own being, just like I did and just like thousands of others have done using these same techniques.Read this book with an open mind and a willingness to try something different and get ready to be amazed by the results you'll find.🍁𝗠𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄🍁I would love to recommend this book especially to parents and teenagers but the values and lessons taught in this book are really applicable to anyone so anyone can read this as the main focus of the book is on self confidence, positive thinking and How to make healthy decisions in their life. It is simple, easy to read and understand

I would ,but my damn mind...
Author.. Jacqui letranI have read so many books which often discuss either solution or problems but in this book I have witnessed both in complete balance order...📖📖📖 It talks about teenage problems and how to rectify those problems at the very beginning of it. We hardly differentiate between how to develop belief systems and logical connections with the atmosphere which we constantly feed to our mind..🤍. The author has vividly explained how we become the victim of a negative mindset and how we can break this shell to develop optimism and confidence. I always wanted to read a book which is solely dedicated to teenagers and this book completely justifies it. This book is an essential read for teenagers who can overcome fear, anxiety and other problems which mainly cause due to hidden unworthy thoughts. Also this book is quite beginner friendly. Anyone can opt it to read. I would love to recommend parents and teachers as well to go through this book....Really thoughtful book❤️❤️

Good book to read!
When we’re young adults we easily get affected by external factors that creates a cloud of negative thoughts. At that age we don’t have the right mindset to fight this negative energy from our surroundings. It leaves us exhausted both mentally and physically. The book guides you in building a positive mindset and a solid foundation for happiness and success. It provides good guidance to all the teens out there who are struggling with insecurities, self-doubts or self-sabotaging thoughts and actions. The language of the book is simple and easy to understand. The best thing about the book is everything is explained with scientific point of view.In my opinion, everyone should always read such type of books to gain understanding of the mind and strengthen it against negative thoughts so that they no longer have any bad effect your mental state. If you’re new to these topics of workings of conscious and subconscious mind, how beliefs are created and how they influence us, then you’ll find this book super-interesting.

A must-read for parents of teens
Written for teens but very relevant for adults of all ages. This self-help book opens your mind to all the possibilities available to you at your on control. A must-read for parents of teens, or anyone else, with anxiety or self-doubt. Long enough to get the point across, short enough not to overwhelm. Nice work Ms.Letran!

Must READ, and it's not just for teens!
When I read "The Unconscious mind always wins", I solidified my connection to this book and the author. She is credible and authoritative, and she truly understands that success comes from within as she has personally helped thousands of teens. My connection with the book started a couple pages in, because it relates to the book I wrote titled #ThePowerfulDay.I wrote #ThePowerfulDay to share a method for living a healthy way of life on a daily basis. This book, I would but my damn mind won't let me goes deeper into the conscious and unconscious mind and really helps people understand how to use their mind in a technical yet simple way.The book is filled with plenty of examples that can literally be applied to the readers lives as they are reading. The book also contains clients stories and notes that are relatable. For instance, Like Hailey I get super anxious, except my anxiety stems from war.Another client Steve connected to me, because I also got in an accident. I didn't have a problem driving afterward, instead my problem was drinking. I vowed to stop drinking, because I have a message to share with other veterans with a TBI and PTSD.To sober up I joined AA and enrolled into an intensive outpatient recovery program. I was told to live one day at a time, but there was no clear way to live one day at a time in a healthy way. This led me on a journey to discover what that meant to me, and now I am living #ThePowerfulDay because my mind will now let me. Our "unconscious mind always wins" but when our conscious and unconscious mind work together we create a win-win situation.

Book for Grand daughter
It took a long while to get after ordering) but absolutely love the book, my granddaughter has been reading it and truly enjoys it. She takes notes and shows interest in learning new ways to cope. I will be ordering another for my other granddaughter since Dylan doesn’t want to share because she writes her personal notes in the book.Anything to help girls cope with the struggle of growing up
