Dear friend, if the sink has two holes that are standard 8-inch apart, and the hole size is between 1"-1.5" in diameter, it should fit. Thanks for your attention, hope it helps.

Yes it came with a set of hoses (supply lines), a pair of white gloves, teflon tape and extra washers to complete the installations. Didn't come with plumber's putty but didn't need it.
