Rubbish Product stopped working with display E2 right from first use..

Product stopped working with display E2 after few minutes right from first use.. if you restart the clock begins and after few minutes, same E2 appears in display. Defective product and unable to return. There is no proper product catalogue either explaining what is E2!!
