I know the benefits of taking sea moss. The main issue I have is preparing it. I don't like having to rehydrate it then blending it and making it into a shot. I swear I barely have enough time to breathe most weeks and this is just too long in my routine. I thought that these pills might be a great alternative. I was pleased when I opened the container that they didn't smell like sea moss normally does. It is a very salt water fishy smell normally and a little off putting to take as a shot. These pills barely smell like anything and that makes they much easier to take. The little vegan gel caps make it easy to swallow and basically have no taste to them. I don't know that I have noticed a big difference in taking the pills over the normal sea moss but the ease alone makes this worth it to me. I am pleased with them.
