The item was packaged lovely. It even comes with replacement gems. The only downside is it came scratched on the right side of the necklace. If it’s already missing the gold plated part it will only get worst. Next, the clamp that connects the pendant and necklace is just squeezed together with the pieces overlapping not creating a clean finish( check out image.
