The cups are awesome but they ship them in an un-padded envelope, basically a paper bag. I love these cups but just beware.

I have an espresso machine and love these for a double shot. Stays warm for a decent amount of time.

The size, weight & design work really well for us.

These are great for Espresso‘s but a chilled coffee it’s too small.

Lighter than idealupdate Feb19: I've gotten use to the light weight and am impressed with the durability. The other day I was careless when hand drying and whacked the bottom, at a 45 degree angle, very hard against the quartz counter top. Albeit this is the thickest part of the glass, but I assumed that the vibrations it would set up would break the thin glass walls, but to my surprise the glass held up and did not break. Treat as you would a find wine glass and you should not experience any problems. The glass does an excellent job of maintaining the temperature of my cappuccino.

We have the larger set of these and we love them. Fantastic glasses from Bodum.

I first tried these in Switzerland and loved them. As soon as I returned to the U.S. I ordered them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold.

Although one of them is cracked by the handle and we did not drop it. So no sure why it is cracked. Only one layer is cracked so we are still using it
