It works well and gives you a feeling you've covered a large area overall after you're done. Fairly adjustable for the whole leg though I think a guy with a large thigh might have trouble getting this to fit.

My only complaint is that I didn’t get it sooner. It’s so much easier than foam rolling and fascia blasting. It felt amazing on my muscles! It’s also very well made and not flimsy. This is exactly what I needed in my life with so much pain in my body. It’s a great investment for my health.

The media could not be loaded. I like it because it does its job. The only thing is the roller noise. This tac tac is not pleasant to hear when using it. It seems like the roller isn’t rolling like it should. But it’s good enough.
