Good product. Just not the same size as my existing boot eyelets

I got this really just for the anvil and setting tool. Fortunately, that parts seems to work ok. The hooks are like tin foil. They haven't bent, yet, but I don't pull very hard on them. They are inferior to the ones I got on ebay earlier.

So, this is exactly what I needed to fix my boots. Unfortunately, it's falsely advertised as 80 sets. You get 40 sets, 10 of each. Maybe they meant 80 pieces instead of sets.

The hardware provided is pretty wimpy. I don’t recommend for hiking boots. The first time I repaired my dress boots the lace hook fell off in one day. The second time is lasting longer, but the hardware is much thinner than the original hooks. I am grateful that this kit has allowed me to refurbish my otherwise perfectly functional boots, but I wish that the kit came with more robust hooks and retaining rings.

It did match up very well but the material is very weak.

They enclosed tools work surprisingly well. Speed hooks themselves are quite flimsy. Last speed hooks I had were milled out of solid brass.

Works as well as what was broken

I've been working on a lot of craft items and purchased these Eyelets Hooks for my crafts the I've been working on lately. I'm always trying different things and these hooks are awesome.

They come in batches of 10 per color, which is stupid because if you're doing a pair of boots, 5 per boots won't cut it!
