I liked that it was soft enough but didn’t compress hard when slept on. I’m a complete nut when it comes to my pillows and it drives my wife of 30 years crazy how picky I am so if I like a pillow that is worth saying!!

This pillow is Top quality. Super lightweight and holds its bounce. I wasn't used to such a light fluffy pillow. I was expecting more weight but, I have to say it is wonderful.!

I know you have to spend a bit to get a decent feather pillow otherwise the feathers will poke you. This pillow was about $40.00 less than the last one I purchased several years ago, I was just a bit nervous but it is PERFECT! I absolutely love it. I did not even have to get used to it. Perfect from the first time I used it. I intend to order another

I love a nice, soft down pillow you can snuggle with & this is it! With a 625 fill power this is not a stiff pillow but more of a ‘sink down it’ pillow. It does hold its shape rather well though enough I ended up buying a 2nd 1! And 15 min on low heat once a week w/dryer balls, tennis balls or even a clean shoe in a pillowcase gets them fluffed up again to their maximum fill power again. The only other things I’d advise is cutting the tags off! They’re long & kinda crinkly if you use satin pillowcases on them. I buy new pillows every 3-4 years so we’ll see how they do but at this price I’d definitely buy them again in 3 years if I needed to! Oh & they do not come compressed! They come nice & fluffed up in a heavy zippered plastic container almost like a suitcase so you don’t have to wait to use them. I like them 😊

I needed a comfortable pillow to go on top of a foam pillow for a little extra support. This was perfect!

So far, these soft pillows are so very good—they fluff well and fold/squish well. The price is beyond reasonable; if they last, these will have been a great purchase. I did air them out for a couple of days—and I did add pillow protectors—but there really wasn't much of an odor. Recommend.

First pillow I paid over $100 it was well worth it! Neck pain is gone and sleep great! Would buy again !!

I've been using down pillows for a very long time, but had never tried this type, so I decided to get this one, and wow! it's really good. Perfect filling, softness, fluffiness and quality.Ideal!

I have been looking for these from Canadian down & feather company with envy. Now we have them on our bed and they are superb everything that a down pillow can be. Soft and so quiet with support.Just what I thought they would be thanks to Amazon to make them available at a great price.They are worth it if you are looking for a superb pillow at a great price.

I love down pillows and this one is very nice. I have problems with my neck and was always told to get medium firm support as I am a side sleeper. I was still uncomfortable most of the time. I decided to try a down pillow in soft support and I've never looked back. For those of you that say there is no support and that the pillow is flat, yes you are right. But that is only if you use it like a regular pillow. A soft down pillow is malleable and the key to comfort is to shape the pillow to the shape of your neck/head until it's just right. Pile it up under a spot that needs support, flatten it out where you don't. It's like play dough. Once I learned that I've never used any other kind of pillow. This brand says to only spot clean or dry clean but I have always washed down pillows. I have some pretty expensive ones from another company and have washed them several times. The key is to have a washing machine with no agitator and a fairly large drum. Most present day front loaders would do. They do take awhile to dry which I use a med temp dryer for. I can't say if it's any different for this brand of course but I will update when I finally wash them. This are great pillows for the price!

UPDATE: Company doesn't care lol says some "Smell" with regards to bird poop could be normal .....NORMAL? lol Imagine if RAB or Arcteryx jackets smelled like that? omg. Horrible customer service response. So they are aware of the problem and insted of improving or refunding she was like " sounds like you should get duck down" could smell less?? OMG.... I held this company in the highest, and that it is not. So there are Cleanliness/processing issues and that is concerning if the smell of poop is that bad - what is really going on. I would not recommend these products anymore to literally anyone.Initial Review:Hi Everyone, So.. first I had ordered the Medium version of this exact pillow for $144 on sale. I received it and it smelled like some old man Musk/Cologne. These pillows come in a zippered case but there is literally nothing stopping anyone from opening the zipper, or even using the pillow for a while and sending it back.I called The Canadian Down Company and asked if it was normal to have any smells or artificial smells on their pillows, they advised me this is not normal, but to call Amazon and have them sort it ( aka refund and buy a new one) They could easily be putting used pillows back for sale with the new ones because there is no way to tell. I bought another one and then this Soft one because I found the medium too plusy for me and though they are squishy it still is new and has huge loft so it bounces back (wonderfully) but too much for the way I sleep. So if you are a back or stomach person - get the SOFT. Both of these pillows had no cologne or fragrance smell which was great. BUT I dont know what is worse now.... literally it woke me up from my sleep... it smells like a chicken farm.I use that as a reference because I grew up with someone who worked at a chicken farm and visited there a few times and the distinct smell of bird POOP is forever engrained. Now... I dont know if Duck or Goose Poop is much different and this is loft from under belly of the birds. So my grief with this now is the CLEANLINESS of the feathers. Obviously you can't open it to tell, but put your face in it and it smells like bird poop. I do not know if it is because it's not the Hutterite Process or what their facility could be like, but honestly it so prominent ....*gag*. I am someone who has removed fragrances from my home and clean with unscented products and much more because of allergies, so my nose (unfortunately for this) is Top Notch.I didn't want to go through the Hassle AGAIN of returning the pillows because I had hoped and believed these were the best pillows you could get in Canada or likely anywhere, plus I have to do the whole processed of returning the item and was so busy. Not sure what I will do, I'll keep you posted.But please be Cognizant of the possibility of this or I wouldn't be taking time from my day to write this lengthy review.
