A cost effective alternative to the more expensive brands
Provides a quality finish, I use a lot of white text on black for plant labels. Only irritation is I find peel the back off can be difficult to get started.

Wrapped up
These arrived on time and good condition.Have only used the one tape so far and I'm very happy with the results of the print. At first did not realise the ribbon printed side thought that I had done something wrong.No worked out well very pleased.Would recommend.

A mixed bag
Given the price of Brother originals, I was looking for a good alternative. These weren't the cheapest and had pretty good reviews, but I was a bit disappointed and returned them. The ribbon itself is much, much nicer than the Brother original , with a woven border and looked more expensive. Sadly, I found it did not feed through as evenly as the originals , the print was too far down the bottom of the ribbon rather than centred between top and bottom , and the print quality was variable. Most print was good, but then , occasionally, some would not print fully, there would be random small areas of no print in a letter. Since I use the ribbon on cards, it is imperative that the print is good quality and it's too expensive to redo any message to try to get a perfect print. I have never had that happen on Brother ribbons. If I was using to personalise wrapping ribbon, I might have kept them, but I have gone back to the Brother ribbons.

Seem to be excellent
I bought this pack with a view to using a permanent marker on them and cutting them to size. however, when I received them and tried them in my old Brother P-touch 1005 I was delighted to find they fit and after fitting 6 new batteries into the machine, it prints very well. I can print 2 lines on them. i am very happy with my purchase with the added bonus they fit my old machine.
