Software not included.
Ordered details below. Did not receive the software activation code. Support was unwilling to help. Item was ordered "Used Like New" from Bodno. Great Customer Service
We bought Magicard Pronto 100, Tried multiple times to install without success .... I was thinking to return it, but after see other reviews about the great machine this is I decided to call Bodno customer support service .... WOW!!! a technician named Jude take care of all installation and all issues on log from my previous attempts ... GREAT !!!! Customer service from Bodno (Thanks Jude) .... Highly recommended ...

Overall great printer
However it doesn’t work well printing Just 1 card with different designs , after printing 1 design, next design becomes blurry. I always have to restart machine to print another design successfully, that sucks.
