Great for when running & hiking

Highly recommend for endurance athletes and service members for long rucks. Wish I hade this when I was in the army. More comfortable than Vaseline.

I like that this product is in a tube which makes it easier to apply when in the midst of an ultra. I also appreciate the thickness of the product and the way if feels while applying it.

I have purchased several tubes of this. I hike a lot and always apply this to my feet in potential problem spots. The one time I got blisters on a 20 mile hike was because I forgot to bring it with me to re-apply with my change of socks!
