Works Perfectly
The card was fitted with a 4Tb M.2 in slot 1 and then mounted in a PCI slot. The system saw the drive straight away, and was then formatted and accessible by W11.

Asrock X470 Master SLI and my card dont play well.
so i got this for my Asrock X470 Master SLI.i was super happy with it to start with.after Turning on 4x4x4x4 on the Asrock X470 Master SLI.it worked well ( or so i could tell ) as i only had 1 M.2 install on it at the time in Slot 1later i installed a 2nd M.2 in slot 2. still work fine was still quite happy knowing i had room for 2 more.i was WORNG.so come to install my 3rd M.2 in to this card.Zip. it did Zip, BIOS dont see it. windows dont see it.did more testing.Port 3 and 4 do not work for me.i can not test it on a other pc as the Asrock X470 Master SLI is the only pc i have with 4x4x4x4...so i work out that it is:-A-: My Motherboard. Asrock X470 Master SLI, Can not Support Any PCIe 4 way M.2 split.B-: My M.2 PCIE Adapter Card. is 50% broken.C-: MY M.2 PCIE Adapter Card, and my Motherboard. Asrock X470 Master SLI just dont play to there full skils. ( aka the 2 in Combo and it a 1 off Random PC thing. )D-: MY Motherboard. Asrock X470 Master SLI run out of PC Lanes, and can not give the last 2 M.2 Ports a Lane..as i have a 5800X and that dont have a APU. i cannot test the card with out a GPU in the system.my sold by was "Suiurg"if Suiurg have any ideas what i can do to get it Full Working, i am all Ears!

It works.
Does what it says on the tin.Only slight problem is that the connector is a little on the thin side so not a great fit but electrically sound.

Hard to Install.
This item can be hard to install on some motherboards.Due to the backplate on this item having curved edges almost down to the tongue which fits between the computer case and motherboard this item will not plug into motherboard boards which only has a small gap between the computer case and motherboard as shown in the picture which means some modifications needs to be made to the backplate of the card before it will fix some motherboards.

Bifurcation
On Asus and probably most big Brand motherboards Bifurcation as to be enabled in the PCI section of the bios. Some more expensive adapter cards have Bufurcation build in but this one does not. Bifurcation basically allows the PCIe bus to be split into separate channels.

Nice construction but ...
Make sure your motherboard supports it. This is an NVME SSD board. If you have a modern motherboard that supports this then You are going to love booting and loading large programs in seconds. Before you purchase ANY NvME card adapter.Check the UEFI BIOS and look for options called "Bifurcation". There will be a drop down you need to set 4x4 (Or it might say 4x4. 2x8 etc). This represent s the number of channels you need configured and this is a 4 slot card so you want 4x4.If you try to use it on an older motherboard that doesn't have the right Bios it will only support a single stick. Also you will not be able to boot an OS from it.The technical support answered my query in 24 hours.IF YOU ARE NOT TECHNICALLY MINDED THE REVIEW ENDS HERE.You might be able to modify a copy of A UEFI BIOS that currently does not support NvME SSD and Bifurcation. The following is based on what I learnt after hours of research.____________________________________________________________________If you are VERY technically minded and you have a UEFI BIOs, you might be about to reprogram your BIOS to accommodate this by enabling an option called "Bifurcation". This allows the single PCiE slot to be divided into multiple channels. This card will require 4x4x4x4 Bifurcation.Booting from an NvME will require the SSD option to be enabled and the Boot device option to point to SSD via the dropdown.UEFI BIOS code is designed to be modular and on some board bios you might be able to "switch the option on", by altering the BIOS code as I did on my Asus P9x79.Note: If you use this on a BIOS which doesn't support Bifurcation it "May" work as a single stick card, but if you add a second or more stick it will randomly enable one of the sticks on boot up.Finally if you wish to attempt this join an online BIOS modders forum. You could Brick your5 motherboard if you get it wrong.
