Ive been snoring very loudly for the past year or so, so my wife says, im asleep so i wouldn't know! But these definately work by completely silencing my snoring, so she says! Very easy to apply, with clear instructions showing the correct position. Not very easy to pull off as the glue is very strong which is a good thing as it won't come off while your asleep, best done by applying warm water around the area which makes it easy to remove!

I've put on some weight, and a side effect is I'm snoring most nights. To help my partner sleep, I thought I'd give these a go, and for the last two weeks I've used them he says besides an occasional snuffle I haven't snored at all. I thought they'd feel a lot more noticable tow ear and I'd struggle to fall asleep, but they've been absolutely fine. Will definitely continue to use these until I lose the weight again.

These work well and last until morning. However they leave a sticky residue that is very hard to remove

Was super sceptical about these as the reviews are mixed but i was totally blown away!Yes they take some getting used to as you literally have to fall asleep with something sticky attached to your face, buttttttt… THEY WORK! My boyfriend said i didnt snore once all night and i didnt wake up with a sore throat either!Some reviews say the dont stay stuck down but i disagree, they stick super well and even get rid of those blackheads and dead skin on your nose like a free wax!If i could give these 6 stars then i would!

These definitely do open your nose up and allow much more airflow, but not as effective as a mouth guard. Very sticky and they do last the full night but can take some adjusting to get it in the right place.

Bit sceptical but they do work and reduce snoring.

As soon as I put one strip on I was blown away. Is this how normal people breath? 2 hours later I'm still not fully used to how much oxygen my body is getting. Wow. You HAVE to try this, holy crap.

I have never known what breathing was like before using these strips. They are admittedly REALLY good. I mean that, genuinely. I have a deviated septum and when I first put this on my first thought was: “What?? This is how everyone else has been breathing this whole time??”I only use these to sleep because they look goofy as hell even though they are “discreet” and I’d rather suffocate as a product of my forsaken nose than wear this in public. To be fair, it is as discreet as you can possibly get with these.But hey! It works and it works really well. The latex packaging did give me an allergic reaction but I just suck it up and deal with the little rash I get. It’s like opening a bandaid, and then you just put it on your nose and it works its magic.With that being said, it did leave bruises on my nose but I think that they just make me look cool so I don’t care about that. They have an adhesive, obviously, so if your skin is sensitive it might not be the best option for you.

The product is great but the packaging is crushed due to delivery from USA to Singapore. Would NOT recommend to buy from Amazon US.

My husband thinks it helps him sleep better at night however, it did not solve his snoring, which would which is what I was hoping for. It is very strong adhesive and almost feels like some skin might come with it upon removing.
