How big are the boxes that have the dots in them? I want to use stickers and need to know if mine will fit?

Pretty small. Good for check marks and Xs, dots.. If you have tiny stickers, they’ll work great, but they’ll need to be small. Plus, keep in mind that some boxes curve around and are not square.

Why is this tracker better than other ways of tracking one’s progress against goals?

It really isn't. I started making my own in a notebook. This just looks better
