I love using this!!! I have oily and sensitive skin! Your suppose to wash your face twice a day if you have oily skin but because i have sensitive skin i can only wash my face once a day cuz washing it twice is to harsh on my skin so i use this toner to replace washing my face the second time because I need to clean the oils/dirt that is in my skin that builds up during the day. It’s all natural and super gentle on my skin that I don’t even need to put a moisturizer after I use it on my skin because moisturizes as it cleans my face! I also noticed it help clear out my acne due to my oily skin and it helped my skin not become so oily because of the natural ingredients that help balance my face ph levels. I’ve used other toners and it made my skin burn so bad I had a chemical burn (Clinique acne toner). I will never go to any other toners ever again!

In the photos I attached, the single bottle on the right with the darker fluid is what I use and what I have been using for years. Today what arrived were the two bottles on the left, with a different label, different color and consistency of product and completely different ingredient list! (at least good of them to list the ingredients!) I have very sensitive skin and cannot risk using whatever this product is, so I'm returning it. Whether it's a formula change or a non-genuine product, either way, I just wanted to share for any others out there who also have sensitive skin, to check what they receive and make sure it's what they expected.

Great product, it is moisturizing and when used with the face scrub and lotion it prevents breakouts. I have cystic acne &rosacea and very sensitive skin. This is the only product that works without burning my skin!

I LOVE this product! I have very sensitive skin, and have tried a variety of products. Unfortunately most products for problem skin contain hydrogen peroxide or salisylic acid and other ingredients that are too harsh for my skin and cause me to break out. Shea Moisture are made with all natural ingredients. They are gentle on my skin. I use the toner along with the soap, cream, and mask for problem skin. I also have the scrub for problem skin. It has helped my breakouts! Now when I do have a breakout, it is relatively mild, and clears up in a couple of days. I just do a little extra and do the mask. I highly recommend these products. I do not like to write a review unless I have use a product for at least 6 months. It has been over a year, and it still works!

This product is not the same as in the stores. It’s very cloudy and more harsh. This product burned every time I tried to use it. However, I never have this problem when I purchase from stores. I use this product all the time, so I know for sure this is not the same formula as in stores. Do not buy this if you usually get yours from a store.

The smell is nice, and it does a nice job to a certain extent. Soon after using it I started breaking out, though. I have sensitive skin, so it can easily be said this is a reason why. If you have breakout prone skin or sensitive skin, do not buy. It dries out your skin and makes it break out at the same time.

This product has done WONDERS on my skin. As a 34 year old female suffering from adult acne & scars, NOTHING has come close to this line. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone struggling with acne, or scars.

There is a light, pleasant scent to it. It appears to be working well on the face of the guys in my family. They consistently use it and I have noticed an improvement in their skin.
