The paints are completely dried out and a waste of my money. Idk how or if I can get a refund but I need one because this product is not good at all

Paints are great and a good variety of colours.

The media could not be loaded.  DO NOT BUY THIS PAINT SET!!!I purchased this to do some Dungeons and Dragons miniature painting, and I could not possibly be more disappointed with the product.The product arrived quickly, but that's of no importance as delivery speed doesn't matter WHEN THE PRODUCT IS ENTIRELY DEFECTIVE.The 'paint' comes out only with the hardest of squeezing on the tube (you're more likely to rupture the container before any sufficient material is squeezed out through the top), and has the consistency of a dry sponge.This is absolute garbage, and I wouldn't even consider touching another product by the Peter Pauper Press company.

Not happy!! Every single tube was dried out. After poking a hole in the top of the tube with the convenient hole punctured on the cap, I squeezed the tube and nothing happened squeezed harder and the sides of the tube gave a little. Checked the hole with a tooth pick and nothing on the toothpick. Squeezed one more time. The bottom of the tube burst open and a thick paste oozed out slightly. It was so dry I couldn't even get any on my finger after touching it. Conveniently, all 24 tubes were pretty much the same. And since it was past the return date, couldn't do anything but trash them.My sad tale.

Paint arrived late and was already dried out in all tubes. Purchase was completely useless and had to be thrown out. It would have cost more to return it then it cost so sending it back was not an option. Absolutely useless.
