Bop It! Game Star Wars BB-8 Edition, Gifts for Kids, Electronic Games for Kids Ages 8 and up (Amazon Exclusive)

We bought this for my son‘s seventh birthday. He is obsessed with BB8 and Star Wars. I wanted to get him a BB8 toy. They were all either stuffed soft versions or $160 remote controlled versions. This was a nice intermediary. He had never played bop it before and it has instantly become a great challenge for him as well as a fun family pass around game. While the toy itself is fairly small and fits in the palm of an adult hand, it is a nice size for a younger child to be able to hold and play with. Of course knowing that you can play bop it is one thing but my son also enjoys playing with him as though he were more of an action figure.

Love it! I'm a 28 year old female, and this was one of my birthday gifts, because I'm a total. Scifi geek. It's too cute. Using C3-PO's voice and the BB8 design to put a new spin on the classic bop it idea is just awesome! Bop his tummy, and twist and pull his head. He's just too fun for words.

My autistic 5 year old loves this thing. We bought it as potty training motivation and it's been a big hit. It's very cute and simple to use. The sound quality is very good. The batteries are easy to change and it's the perfect size for his little hands. It's easy, but would provide a bit of a challenge for adults, though not a ton. I'd say this is more for kids. The antenna has bent a little since we got it but I expected that. At least it's made of a material that bends rather than breaks. All in all very cute game/toy with accurate BB8 movie sounds. I can recommend! I did NOT receive this item for free or at a discount.

This is fun. We have the R2 version also. It's a great family friendly game. It works well (we've only had it a few days). The kids I've had play with it range from 6 to "adults". It uses C3PO's voice, like the same version of the R2D2 does - but also has some of the BB8 sounds (my 10 year old is fluent in droid but I'm not - he assures me there are the right noises for the BB8 model).

We bought this for our kids but it has been fun for adults too. It is small but that makes it easy for little hands to hold. There are three different volume levels and both solo (get it?) and "pass it" modes. When you reach a score of 100, it tells you you've beaten the game and doesn't continue.

My daughter found hers at a local store, but bought the last one. I promptly came home and ordered one for my self. The BB-8 Bop It is very comfortable in the hands and even more fun to play because of it. I adore it :)

I bought this BB-8 game for my 5 year old nephew. I don't even "do" Star Wars, but this game was so cute I found myself playing with it before I wrapped it! As a child of the 90's, I grew up on the original Bop It! and loved that this was a miniature version with cute little voices. It does a great job of asking if you're finished and shutting off quickly when you don't respond.
