I've been buying this honey for 20 years. It's great. This wasn't packaged well and the lid is broken. The seal is still fine. I can't find any other lid what will fit! Please please be more careful at warehouse when packing it up. There was only 1 piece of brown papere wrapped on top. We are so darn lucky it stayed sealed! I can't imagine the mess!Clover again is awesome honey and I'm brand loyal.

This stuff is more expensive because it is SO FREAKIN' GOOD! It's an affordable luxury. It's so sweet and delicious! And it doesn't have that nasty aftertaste you get with the processed honey. You don't know what you're missing. Those bees love their mother, and you can taste that love.❤️🐝NOTE: don't drop the jar on your foot, because it will break bones.

Love this taste! So so yummy, could literally drench it all over my French toast and yogurt! I will definitely buy this again! Wish they have ginger and turmeric.

I got this to sweeten my tea/coffee so I didn't want a strong flavor. I specifically selected this one for its mild and light flavoring. It is also organic, so they claim. No idea how they can prove that but I figure they are trying at least. It has a milder flavor and meets that need I have. I did find that it crystalized firmly (but not hard) since it is raw. I think raw honey tends to do that. Don't microwave it or it will destroy the inherent nutrients found in the honey. It works great for sweetening tea but it still tends to alter the coffee flavoring so I don't always use it for that. I haven't found the crystalizing to be a problem as I can scoop out a spoon full of honey without a problem so I don't mind. I would describe the consistency as gooey but crystal firm, not a hard block. I will be getting this again and recommend it for drinks.

I LOVE IT . I USE IT FOR EVERYTHING I USE TO USE SUGAR FOR. WHEN I USE IT IN COLDER DRINKS, I MELT IT DOWN FIRST WITH A LITTLE HOT WATER, BECAUSE OF IT'S THICKNESS, THEN IT'S PARTY TIME !!!

I tried this as a replacement for a honey that I really loved that got to be too expensive. I really thought this was going to be a similar match in flavor/taste. Well upon trying my taste buds said this is way different and I'm not a fan. This honey is too thin for me and the flavor has a sharpness that isn't as light or mild as I would have thought.It's not bad and it has grown on me a bit, but somehow just misses the mark.I use it most frequently in coffee or sauces.What drew me to this product is I'm a sucker for trying new products because I get bored very easily with my food. I also love supporting smaller based or small batch companies because quality is often lost in larger commercial brands.Now, I have to say I did learn a huge amount about honey after returning one I tried at Costco that I couldn't handle.Different regions, different flavors and tastes and different textures if it's cream based or not.I would say this product is a good bang for your buck though.Bee careful and know your flavor profile. I don't necessarily regret buying this, but wish it came in a smaller container because it takes me forever to use it and sometimes finding how to creatively use it can be difficult.
