Dell Optiplex Intel Core i7-2600 Quad Core 16GB RAM 1TB SSD WiFi Windows 10 Desktop PC 19-inch VenoScorp Computer Bundle (Renewed)

I bought this with advice from a friend a computer tech freak. Anyway it was bought for my son, he is gaming mad but also for him to do his homework an start to get used to a pc. My friend advised me to buy a graphics card as this one didn't come either with one or with the correct one. My friend set up the PC which looks really cool for any gamer an especially for my son who is 9 and starting out in the world of Pcs. Anyway it dies the job the Screen is the perfect size and the graphics are amazing. The lights and LEDs in it are what makes it very appealing. The keyboard also has lights and is super easy to use.The mouse is very comfortable, again designed really well and a great fit in any hand.I would recommend that anyone making such an expensive purchase gets advise from someone who knows what they are talking about and someone who can help set it up and knows there way around a computer. All is all an excellent Christmas present and my sin is absolutely delighted with the entire package as am I.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this pc bundle as an Xmas present for £264.95 on 24th Nov, arrived 1st Dec and opened it straight away. Keyboard and mouse was missing. Connected the tower and monitor up and used the mouse from our cctv system. Tower runs for not even a minute and half before cutting off. Happened several times (only videoed the one time).Contacted seller to inform of missing parts and that tower was faulty. Was told keyboard and mouse would be sent out. Asked if they had read the original message regarding the fault and they wanted to phone me to talk me through, bit pointless when the furthest you can get is clicking what language you want on setup. I asked for returns info for refund and they eventually agreed. Was told DPD would only collect Mon to Fri and at my request was arranged for Tues 5th. Was told i would be charged £25 if the item was returned and no fault present (as seen in the video it does have a fault) and if i missed collection would be charged £10 (fair enough). Was told that it would be inspected upon arrival back with them and refund issued accordingly.It arrived back with them this morning and having asked them about my refund (as I'm now out of pocket and have to wait for that money to go back into my account before i can go onto purchase another set up and have it delivered before Xmas), i have been told that it has arrived with the returns team and it will take take a few days for them to check the item. Having made them aware that this is not what i was initially told, they have said "given the high volumes of parcels during this busy peiod, our return team is working diligently to process returns" before proceeding to say that it could be expedited depending on work load. Probably going to be at least 10 days before full refund is back in my account (that's providing they don't try and spin a yarn to reduce the amount I'm refunded by).I have now asked Amazon to step in as this is completely unacceptable. Amazon should look into this as it states "The product is refurbished, is fully functional and in excellent condition. Backed by the 1-year Amazon Renewed Guarantee." If Amazon are actually backing these faulty machines, then i think it is only a matter of time before trading standards gets involved.Edit to add : now not responding to my emails! I really should have read the reviews for nh trading nw limited / venoscorp before buying. Amazon now involved. Will be taking this matter further also.Few days on and still no response or refund, until further contact with Amazon who demanded refund. Within an hour i have notification to say they have processed it. Only to check and see it's a partial refund. Contacted them immediately to find out why there is just shy of £45 missing from my refund....again no response! Amazon have had to step in once again to demand the rest. Absolutely shocking company! Will be steering clear of them in the future on Amazon aswell as other popular bidding/selling platforms.Final Edit: Amazon stepped in again and demanded they refund the whole amount. Seems the company didn't want to refund me the tax (nearly £45) and told me they will be opening a claim against the seller. Amazon have now refunded me the whole amount after going through all the evidence. Not sure why the seller was being so difficult throughout this and i will be staying well away from their products in the future. Their reviews on Google are awful too. Terrible company. Do your own research before buying from them and if you do purchase something from them, i pray you don't have the issues i have had. The item was in my possession for less than hour before contacting them to tell them it was faulty. Empty promises from them and then stopped contact when they were caught out. Terrible service!

Yes it's a gaming pc but what it don't tell you is it will not support modern games. The hole point I got this was my son could play them his very upset as this was a Christmas present and can't use now until I get a graphics card that will support the games he wants. And it comes with a home lead but no hdmi port on the pc what use it that very dissatisfied

I've had the pc 3 months as of this post, and still in great working order. I have a few small complaints though:1) in the description it states Bluetooth and WiFi connection available but it's not, for me not too much of a problem as I have the parts to allowing it but, not everyone does. Need to remove from description or specify more parts needed.

As far as I’m concerned getting a refurbished pc was a no brainer in these current times considering the price of brand new ones. It was packaged well and arrived safely

All came well packed , I didn’t realise I had to buy a grafics card to play games but that was my fault as it does say in discription , so bare in mind , but great for price , quality is really good for price

bought it for my daughter xmas present, no graphic card for a "gaming pc" what a joke, i put in a 1060 (10 years old gpu) the power unit and the hdd literaly went up in smoke both died, i then replaced the power unit, then the processor died too. i build a new pc for my kid, and wanted to use the ram of this one they claim its DDR4 but when i transfer them to the new pc, the ram turned out to be DDR3.over all very poor quality and the compagny is not giving the right componant, liards and thiefs.
