I bought them to put bay leaves in because my travel trailer gets tons of ladybugs in the winter (they dont like the cold either). I love other spice scents like cloves so i will make some potpourri scent bags too to keep my trailer fresh. I actually found bay leaves in a 1 lb huge bag at the cheapest cost/weight that i also rated.

My daughter and I needed small bags to utilize for our recently dried lavender from exploring a local lavender festival. More bags than we needed but I'm sure we can find other applications. Here is what you do, if you haven't already. Purchase some laundry scent beads, like the tiny pellets, and put a good amount in one of this nice-looking bags, tie a knot and boom, you have an incredibly cheap way to tone your teenager's shoes down a bit. We have four kids in HS, and they all play multiple sports. Lets just say the shoes/uniforms/bags and the ole wagon can get rather ripe at times. Make some of these bags, yes there are dude colors as well, throw these in your car, hang in the closet, place in shoes (only if you have on the proper safety gear), gear bags etc. They look nice, the pleasant smell will travel easily through the mesh bag, yet won't make a mess by leaking through either. I made lavender sachets to put in gift boxes for wedding guests. They look great and are not too large. The tie is a draw string satin and the mesh is delicate and pretty transparent, but strong. Happy with this purchase.
