Stabilizer 100, 5 lb, Chlorine Stablizer, Prevents Sunlight-Induced Chlorine Loss, Reduces Chlorine Consumptiion

I am faithful to BioGuard products, however I was very disappointed in this product. It is NOT a totally soluble product. If you broadcast it across the pool, even slowly, you end up with a lot of undissolved granules at the bottom of the pool, which leads to having to agitate the granular remains with a brush for a considerable amount of time in order for it to dissolve. If you have plastic piping, BioGuard recommends you can add the granules directly through the skimmer; again the product does not dissolve quickly enough to do that . This product definitely has to be dissolved BEFORE adding to skimmer or across pool surface and it is a real hassle to dissolve. BioGuard products are great, but using this one was not a pleasant experience for me.
