We have 4 of these panels charging solar string lights. They can take a beating, as our house gets a lot of wind/weather. They do a great job of powering the lights and the replaceable batteries last for a couple of years.

I've had my Brightech lights for two years and they suddenly stopped working, so disappointed. Reached out to the company and they sent me a link for the solar panel. Easy to replace and started working immediately. Please that I did not have to throw the entire light system in the landfill but hope that this panel works longer than two years.

Came with no battery.

I contacted customer service about my 3 year old solar lights no longer working. I was hoping there would be a cheaper easier fix than having to replace and rehang the lights. She was super helpful and told me that they sell the solar panel separately since its battery life is 2 years but the lights themselves last way long. I think this is great customer service to allow the buyer to replace the $25 worn out part without forcing the whole $70 item to be replaced. I attached the new panel and it works great!!

Longevity of the solar panels is only good for a few years and begins to weaken and not hold a good charge until it finally quits other than that it’s a good product

I give 3 stars because they work, but I don’t know if they lowered the quality or something else, because I got a couple of this few years ago and after 2 years or so, they were still working.I moved to a new house and got few more of this lights, but in 1 year and a half I have replaced the solar panel 3 times. This is probably my last purchase. If it doesn’t last long enough I won’t replace it anymore.

Solar panel lights were discontinued and solar panel stopped working. This doesn’t have the options to change lights (only off or on) but at least I can keep using the solar lights until I replace them all!

The string lights are ~$60 a piece, I was happy to see I could just replace the solar panel. End of June, I replaced the old panel and it worked great. Fast forward to September and it stopped working. I've reached out for a refund/replacement. I will update the review when that is resolved.

Not correct replacement although it stayed it was when ordering

Bought as a replacement for the set I bought 2 years ago. I thought the quality would be same as the solar panels before could charge under cloudy days and the lights would be on the whole night. Now with this new solar panel the lights can only on for 2,5hrs, even though it’s fully under the sun everyday for at least 5hrs. Very disappointed, waste of my money.

Bought in May 2023 and by November 2023 it doesn't work.I would suggest anyone to avoid purchasing this item.

Do not order this panel unless you are 100% sure it’s the right fit. I’ve put in 3 requests for a return label and received zero response. Terrible customer service
