Pascha Bulk Organic Chocolate Chips (Bulk Keto Baking Chips (10 lbs) - No Added Sugar)

Value wise this is a no brainer. Taste is incredible, and quality is great!

I used to take unsweetened chocolate and sweeten it almost exactly this way, but now I can just buy it. It is a finer quality of chocolate than I was starting with, really rather silky and the flavor is special. The flavor varies a bit from batch to batch, but it has always been rather good to excellent.The reason for the missing star is a warm season melting issue. I confess, I have never contacted Pasha customer service about it to see what they would do. The way I use the chocolate it is not that important to me that it all remains formed as separate chips. But, it is shipped in insulation with cold packs as advertised, and the way they have done it seems to be inadequate in my climate. Where I live we are in a USDA zone 10 climate. That is far from the hottest in the country. My shipments have not set for a long time on my porch waiting to be brought in.I love Pasha, and I want nothing but the best for their company. I hugh part of my passion stems from their commitment to allergen free (USDA major food allergens) products made in allergen free facilities.

Good quality and all, but silly me I guess for expecting a bigger box to come in. Weighed it and it was the amount I bought, just surprised me how little I actually got for $100. Not sure I would buy again here unless I got it for a better price.
