Bed definitely not as advertised. Mattress is shocking sending it back. Don’t waste your money

I've had this bed just over a week... oh my god... no back pain early mornings easy to assemble looks really high quality and for an amazing price...ive told everyone about it! Slept all night everynight since having it so so so happy 😊 thick mattress really good quality no instructions but you don't need them draws are sturdy too

The bed arrived on time and the communication was good.The quality is OK and assembly not too tricky.The bed head is a bit ‘wobbly’ as it’s only fixed with one screw on each side but some retro work has helped that.Overall I would be happy to recommend.However I received an offer of £10 to make an early and I assume positive review which I did not take up. This raises a serious question about how genuine a lot of the reviews may be. Offering money for reviews shouldn’t be and isn’t allowed, for good reasons.

The mattress is a lot thinner than pictured. Only one side has memory foam and looks like quite a cheap mattress. Bed base and head board look cheap but nice. Bit disappointed.The delivery was an experience, the delivery guys didn't seem to know what they were doing or which mattress in van went with which bed and had to measure the mattress with tape. We had to bring it from the van up stairs to our house ourselves. Thank god my son and husband were home. Haven't assembled yet so that might be another experience

Not worth it very poor quality

Hi I am extremely dissatisfied with your service as I cannot believe I cannot get any idea as to when this bed will be delivered ( disgraceful) I want a refund now.This was purchased for a sample bed to see the quality as I require 38 beds in total but you can forget it as I will go else were.

It looks nice, but the mattress is very uncomfortable, but considering the price, I wouldn't complain.

After a delayed delivery I took receipt of the bed yesterday. I am very happy with the style, build and quality of the divan base and headboard; good looking, well stitched and robust. The mattress is very good quality and much deeper than I was expecting. It all fitted together quickly and easily. I am impressed with this purchase and understanding of the reasons for delay. I would recommend this company and hope they are able to resolve their delivery issues, as that is out of their control and detracts from a good product.
