How long have you been here?

We have been in the USA since 2007, almost 15 years ago, and the brand has been around Latin America for more than 30 years. Many thanks for your interest!

Yes, Product Description: "Natural laxative made out of prunes and senna leaves, Works in just 8 to 12 hours Each tablet contains 15 mg of sennosides B Daily dosage: 1 to 3 tablets Provides gentle overnight relief"

Can the tablets be chewed

No, they must be swallowed whole. However, they can easily be broken in half and swallowed that way. I often only take a half rather than a whole tablet. The tablrts are not large at all, but so effective that a half may be all that's needed. Hope this helps!

Why Senna in the warnings?

I love prunelax... it’s all natural.. and I take one at bedtime.. and I go every morning
