The packaging wasn’t the smartest bc it ripped the felt underneath. I had to tape it up. It’s a firm type of sleeper so you should buy decor pillows for back support. Also very short, the dimension reference with the man standing next to it is not accurate at all. I’m 5’1 and it barely reached my hip.

Assembly is easy until you try attach the center arm rest and cup holders, then not so easy. Thi is not a comfortable couch, it’s a futon for unexpected guests that you would only want to stay one night. It not a five star rating that is seen on their ad.

bottom cover liner damaged several places.
