Worked great until it didn’t
This device worked great when I first received it, it has good battery life when using voice-activated mode (I consistently got 5 days of recordings on a full charge), good sound quality, and the voice activated mode seems to use some sort of standby mode that starts recording immediately from the first sound with no delay, so nothing was missing.Unfortunately, it stopped working suddenly, with no indication that anything was wrong. I attached the device to my computer and discovered that it simply hadn’t recorded anything for 5 days, despite being on and the battery draining. I attempted to reboot the device using the program included on the device, and following the instructions provided, and now it’s not working at all, my computer won’t even recognize that it’s been plugged in.I’ve emailed the customer service address provided in the user manual, I’ll update if I receive a response.

Excellent quality
The item is exactly as described. The sound even pics up through one or more layers of clothing, and it's very discrete.I love it! It fits so easily in my pockets and can be taken anywhere. so very easy to use. Turn it on and it starts recording, turn it off to stop recording. Plug it in to a computer to access the recordings.

Very difficult to understand directions.
I bought this item thinking it was going to be easy.This was anything but easy.all of a sudden you have to down load on your computer, Reboot the internal software, just one thing after another.I did everything i was told to do in the directions and it did not respond at all like it said it would.absolutely a waste of time.

Small and easy to use.
This voice recorder is easy to use and perfect for carrying in your pocket it’s so small and discrete. Love it would totally recommend!

Died after a single use
I liked how easy the device was to set-up. However, the button on the device does not securely lock into the mode you set. This resulted in the device running continuously for approximately 4 days. Now the battery will not hold a charge.
