Yes. This is true and I tired to report it before but my post was denied. The seal was broken and box faded as if it was old

what product works for the yard

Precor is not designed for outdoor use. You are looking in the right direction though. I have had great results with Adams Plus it has IGR (insect growth regulator) lasting up to 4 months respectively depending on your climate. You can find it in a sprayer bottle that attaches to your hose and it is designed for outdoor use. Spray from the house, including decks, porches and/or Lanai moving outward for best results. Something that works without pesticides with great results (promise) is Vet's Best Flea & Tick Spray, attach to your hose, same application process. You'll be happy with the results either way you choose.
