I set up a return for refund and they’re replacing it with another piece of junk!!!!

I have an ooni pizza oven and make a lot of pizza but clean up would always take a long time. I purchased this to try and contain the flour some. It works great for that, just have to make sure to get a good coating of some sort of flour to keep the dough from sticking to the already sticky mat.The plus side of it being sticky is that it does not slide around the counter when I am stretching the dough out which was a concern of mine when I first started looking for them.It would probably be perfect for pie crust since that tends to have less moisture and is more prone to slipping around.

I needed to replace a very old plastic dough mat. I make biscuits frequently and wanted an upgrade. Having always used what I have, this one is not what I expected. The mat was totally stuck together when delivered. My husband had to help me peel it apart. We attributed it to being in a 95* mailbox. One reason I wanted to change was the old one slides. I promise this mat will never slide. It really sticks. I honestly haven’t made biscuits since I got this so it’s actual use may be a good experience. I confess I couldn’t decide how to store it. I keep the old wrapped around my rolling pin, but I wound up folding this one. I will have to update my review once I actually make biscuits. If I can unroll it.
