My little dog has a penchant for snapping at human fingers. He has managed to outsmart every muzzle that fits him.Enter the Croc of Shame. I bought the bright orange one. Now everyone knows to stay away from Hannibal Lector and he can’t prove how sharp his teeth are with unsuspecting strangers offering him treats.Easy to put on, easy to size correctly. Weighs next to nothing because of the material. Doesn’t seem to bother my dog at all - he doesn’t mind wearing it because it’s not restricting his vision or breathing. He can drink with it on, but he does have a hard time picking up treats - however, I see that as a plus because I know he can’t get even the tiniest bit nippy with anyone and can’t pick up anything he shouldn’t be eating.Excellent option for those of us that can’t use basket muzzles due to snout length (or lack thereof.)Added bonus - we made it part of his Halloween costume by adding an orange “state prisoner” t-shirt - also purchased on Amazon.

All the people giving 1 Star haven’t bought or tried this muzzle. Muzzles are not Inherently bad, they are a training tool and when used properly can be a positive experience for your dog. I bought a large for a pretty small (30lb) bulldog and it fit well.If you know anything about muzzles, you know that dogs need adequate pant room and that they need to be secure. If you know anything about brachy breeds you know how incredibly difficult it is to find a muzzle for them because of how their heads are shaped. This one comes the closest to any I’ve seen.Pros-It doesn’t rely on the dogs snout to hold the muzzle in place, instead the top of the head is used for support.It’s easy to put on and adjustEasy to keep in place.Very easy to clean.It also has good air flow and my dog can drink easily.Cons-it’s only available for smaller breeds, I’d love to be able to get one for a larger brachy.It’s pretty soft material, I would love one that is a tougher material for bite risk dogs.It has some, but not enough, pant room.Overall- I believe it’s important to muzzle train your dogs in the event that they have to be muzzled in an emergency situation. plus, Brachy breeds are known for being overly dramatic. This makes training a short nosed breed easy since you don’t have to put pressure between their eyes. We’ve used this for training and a nail trim so far and I am impressed. I really wish I could get a bigger one for my other dogs.

We had a mesh muzzle that our English bulldog could still bite through.The barkless muzzle has prevented her from severely injuring our other dog several times in the last 24 hours.The muzzle is sturdier than I imagined and doesn't seem to bother her too much. I only rated it four stars because the sizing is kind of loose but we managed to make it fit

I used the muzzle quite a few times taking an aggressive dog out in public. As a trainer I was working on desensitization. I was always a bit weary of the way the muzzle sat on his face and wondered if he would ever become irritated enough to wiggle his face through and lung at an unsuspected person or dog who approached him. He was always on a very short leash and had warning badges on his harness. People just don't care. Ultimately, he did get his face out and bit into someone's jeans. I disengaged him immediately. Ultimately, I really do not trust this muzzle. For reference, he is a 50-pound French/English Bulldog mix, so he has a big enough face, that this should have worked, in theory.

I'm a pet groomer. I purchased this to assist with a little monster shih tzu I groom. He bites for every part of the groom. This muzzle worked perfectly! He was able to see and breathe easily while wearing the muzzle, but no matter how he tried he could not bite me. It was very easy to adjust the strap around his ears and neck. I was able to safely bathe and dry him with the muzzle on, it didn't trap water around his nose or mouth. It was also extremely easy to clean and disinfect afterwards. I will definitely be ordering more sizes!!

This has worked pretty well for our frenchie to not get to and eat rocks!! But it constantly gets packed with dirt and mud in the holes - so much cleaning...It's great quality though and holds up well.Biggest issue is that for such a small sized muzzle/mask, the strap is SO LONG. even putting it at the shortest length was too long. I had to wrap it around his throat and then latch it... it worked but it wasn't ideal. And once you start changing the length, it doesn't hold very tightly with the clip thing. Probably have to pin it together or something or with the smallest pulls the "rope" will lengthen again and loosen.

I never thought I would of bought this for any dog but I did a d it totally worked! I only had to use it about 5 times so far. My dog was attacked by a big dog and is scared of big dogs now so I put it on her and it kept her calm around a big dog now! It's a soft rubber that doesn't hurt her and she can even drink with it on if she wants.

Our puppy snarls, growls, and lunges when you touch his paws so we use this when grooming him. It has definitely made us feel safer which ultimately leads to a safer grooming experience. The front part is big enough to add training treats - bite size foods. The straps are extremely hard to adjust on the head so i recommend adjusting it when it's off your pup's head. Our puppy is still able to drink water quite perfectly with this thing on. Haven't noticed if it helps barking as our pup doesn't really bark.

This muzzle is perfect for the short snout dog with a beefy head. My boy was deemed “dangerous” and was court ordered a muzzle. This one allows him to pant and sniff but not exposing his mouth!

Quedo perfecto a mi Pug

Mi perrito muerde a las visitas ya a lastimado a varios familiares y optaba por encerrarlo pero sufria mucho y eso lo hacía mas bravo, midan muy bien el cuello de su mascota, yo compre talla M porque al ser un pug tienen em cuello muy ancho, la primera vez se lo quitó muy facil obviamente le dio miedo y no se dejaba ponérselo, al ser muy glotón le pongo comidita a dentro del bozal y se lo voy poniendo por tiempos cortos.. Hasta hoy que ya se lo deja sin ningun problema, ajustenlo bien para que no se lo puedan quitar. Me gustó muchs esta opción porque ya habia visto unos de tela pero no me convencían éste lo deja poder jadear, sacar la lengua si quiere, si bien de la cara le queda algo grande, yo siento que mejor así no esta todo incomodo, del cuello solo lo ajusto para que no se le salga... Llevo 1 semana con el.. Ya les contaré como me va.
