I’ve used Carmex lip balm for 25+ years. Before I started using it, I had horribly chapped lips that would crack and bleed in the winter. Other products failed to help much. Once I tried Carmex, I was hooked...dare I say, addicted! Now, I can’t stand to not have any Carmex on my lips, and I’ll be in a bad mood if I don’t have a tube with me at all times. I’ve also gotten compliments from significant others telling me how soft my lips are. :-)I really like the Wintergreen flavor. I didn’t like the strawberry at first, because, as another reviewer mentioned, it’s lumpy. Then I realized that the lumps are meant to simulate strawberry seeds. They are just little pieces of wax, and will melt quickly if you rub your lips together. That’s a tad annoying, but worth it, in my opinion, because the strawberry flavor is quite good. I’m not a big fan of cherry flavoring in general, but the Carmex cherry is good.Shipped and arrived much quicker than the original estimate. Product in perfect condition upon arrival. Great price per tube for bulk order.

Keeps my lips from chapping without the waxy taste and feel from most other brands and wields as good or better than any other brand I've tried. Price has increased over the last year and a half though. If I find s lower priced product that is good for a daily lip protector I'll use less of this product for daily protection.

Carmex used to come in the small tubs and now comes in twist tubes like Chapstick or in these squeeze tubes which work the best. Carmex works as well or better than any other lip balm I've tried.

I live in an area that is very dry so I go through Carmex very quickly. I use it all throughout the day and it keeps my lips very smooth. I think I'm ready to order again.

Having thorougly enjoyed the collection "Cold to the touch" I was thrilled to get this one . It turned out to be an enormous disappointment. All of the sudden Mr Strantzas has decided to give the scientific and the gory horror genres a try and the result is disastrous. The two scientific horror tales seem to want to copy Lovecraft but read as the worst examples of fanzine stories. Rule number one if you're going to write scientific horror : be interested in science. These stories focus more on the rivalries between scientists.Good gore on the other hand asks for a pairing with either a strong sense of danger or a healthy dose of humor. I could find none . There is one good story though about a puppetmaker. This is what Strantzas does best: atmospheric and suggestive horror, like Aickman, but in which there is an idea. This is no mean feat , most suggestive horror or weird tales are all over the place. They just hint away and at the end you wonder whether the writer actually had an idea or just threw some weird scenes together in one storie . This was not the case with the stories in Strantzas' "Cold to the touch collection" . There was mystery but also purpose in these tales. He offered a hint at an explanation without undoing the mystery.So Mr Strantzas, if you're reading this, please go back to writing mysterious atmospheric weird horror, you're excellent at it.

Good variation of stories; sometimes lovecraftian (is that a proper word?), sometimes aikman, lots of times strantzas. Out of all the recent horror and weird story writers that abound, and there are plenty of good ones, this writer is one of the best.

Found this very derivative (of Lovecraft and not in a good way) and really quite badly written. Too disappointed by the first and last stories (usually where you might put the best stuff) to read much of the rest.
