I'm not overweight but did put on a bit on my hols and thought this would be a good option to get back to my usual weight and reset my eating habits. I've got mixed feelings. First I did not lose weight with the product so that was a fail. I think this is mainly because it left me constipated. I was quite annoyed that my weight did not go down as it did work for stopping me snacking and cutting down portion size. On a number of occasions I was unable to eat for several hours because it did fill me up. The taste is fine but if you want to lose weight quickly for a special occasion or the like then probably not the best product. I would use again as a way to reset my habits but not with any expectation of weight loss.

I stand by this product. I find it very hard to diet and usually (at least three times a week) end up binging on all the food in my sight, I lack control a lot. However since taking 3 of these shots every day, I find it so much easier to control myself around food and now only have one 'binge day' per week (and working on making it less than once a week) which is very good for me. I find I've become quite dependent on them now as I have no control without them. As for filling you up, I'd say they do for about an hour but then I get hungry pretty quickly afterwards (however it does say to take them 30 minutes before eating a meal which I don't usually do.) the one thing I have to say about these though is 'tasty' is DEFINITELY not the word. I find it very hard to believe that anyone would ever find these 'tasty'. They are the worst tasting thing ever. And I've tried both the lime flavour and orange, I'm not sure about the other but no doubt that will be disgusting too. However, for me, the positives outweighs the awful taste (which makes me want to throw up) and for that reason I will still be a regular customer. I just really hope they realise the issue with the taste and decide to change the recipe because God it's terrible.

This products does suppress the appetite; However, I decided to just drink green tea with lemon juice it is cheaper.

I didn't lose weight in the short amount of time but i noticed I wasn't as hungry as i normally would've been.
